here's what you need & what to do
write down 30 body weighted exercises
write down 20-60 (by 5s), 75, 100
two jars (fill one with exercises, the other with numbers)
pick 3 out of exercises, 1 out of reps/seconds
repeat with new picks every day that you pull
you can even workout and use these as your finisher! traveling? bring them with you for a quick hotel workout!
