Think about it. A hearty blueberry waffle for breakfast, some chicken and waffles for dinner, and how a waffle cones for that ice cream?!
I think it is safe to say that the waffle iron has make a name for itself!

The practice of yoga has certainly proven its worth and value over the years. Originating in India over 5,000 years ago, Yoga is a combination of mental, physical, and spiritual exercise.

Isn’t it all the same? What’s the difference anyways?!
Some of you may have noticed the three “diet” trends over the past couple of years that has hit the health industry.
Is it a fad, phase, or are is it really going to stick around? Who knows! Like most “diet” trends they tend to come and go over the years.
Most people now are on a “low carb” kick, which given these three diets some more interest.
So what’s the difference anyways, aren’t they all little or no carbs? Yes, to an extent. Depending on how you look at them each program has it’s own unique take on macro percentages.
Let’s break it down.
With summer here, we may find ourselves taking long vacations, headed to the beach on the weekends, or just relaxing at home.
It’s good to take a break from the hectic lives we live. But that doesn’t mean we have to take a break from our fitness goals.
I know when I go on vacation or head the to the beach, I am always looking for ways to still include a fitness routine into my day. Living on the beach for most of my life meant going to the beach every weekend. I had my local gym to head to early in the morning before I packed up my swimmies and headed over the bridge.
When I went on vacation, that wasn’t an option most of the time. Plus, who wants to workout in hotel gym when it’s so beautiful in the mornings!
