So this one is a no brainer. We all know how macro friendly sushi can be. There are numerous websites that list nutritional values for this (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.). With that being said, here are some of the ways that I track my sushi.
I love grocery shopping. Sometimes though I don't always eat before I go, or I forget to bring my meals with me. If you're ever shopping and find yourself hungry, here are a few ways to stay on track without blowing your macros.
There are always going to be birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and celebrations. Life doesn't stop when we are in prep sometimes. Most chain restaurants will list their nutritional information on their websites, which I think is pretty damn awesome. So here is what you do. Find out where you'll be dining ahead of time, look at their menu, and check their nutritional facts for the item. Add it into your macro tracker, and BOOM, you are all set!
