Kitchen gadgets. We’ve seen them everywhere. From the Home Shopping Network and Amazon to your local department stores, they are AMONG US!
So which ones actually work and which ones are, for a lack of a better word, useless?
Since we’ve been in the test kitchen we’ve tried out a few that we think you’d really love and use.
Kitchen gadgets can help make a boring meal interesting, quickly help you prepare and let’s face it, are just so much fun to use.
Let’s break them down into categories; for cooking and small handhelds.
#1 Cooking Gadgets & Electronics
Okay, so maybe this one isn’t too new, BUT, it’s a must have for the fall and winter. Looking for a quick dump-and-go meal? Set it up in the morning or even before bed!
Using a crockpot is great for soups, dinners, and “cook now, freeze for later” meals! Did you know you can even make meals and snacks in mason jars and cook them in your crockpot? Genius right!?

Butternut Carrot Ginger Soup
Nothing compares to a crispy chicken wing or some crunchy potato chips. However, the nutritional facts and ingredients of these guilty pleasures aren’t always the greatest.
Enter the AIRFRYER! We use ours all the time!
Again, you can pretty much do anything from snacks, dinners to desserts in an airfryer.
We use the Chefman RJ38 Airfryer.

Another one that I’m sure you’ve seen or even have already! This is a must have and a STAPLE in the fitBITE kitchen.

From veggies to fruit, you can pretty much spiral anything now-a-days.
Spiralizing your veggies are also a great way to cut down on carbs and lighten up a meal! You can make curly fries, veggie pasta, cucumber salads, lo mein, or how about apple fritters and crumble!
