It’s fall and winter squash is here! ’Tis the season of the basic veggies!
Let us not squash all of the other delicious vegetables that come about during the fall season. However, I want to discuss our favorites in the gourds.
So what’s so great about winter squash anyways? Not only does it have amazing health benefits, it fits into pretty much any diet or healthy lifestyle of eating! Did we forget to also mention how versatile it is when it comes to recipes and cooking?! YUP!
