Memorial Day weekend was a weekend to remember.
Kicking off summer, parties, tan lines and endless amounts of good food.
Maybe the amount you ate or drank wasn’t something you want to remember.
Don’t panic, it’s not the end of the world, at least not yet.
Bouncing back after a day or two of partying can be rough, especially after a four day weekend.
Here are some tips to follow over the next few days or so to help you bounce back into your summer bod...
Start chugging water. You need to flush your body of all the excess salt and sugar your body took on, plus hydration is key!
Try filling up on fiber. If you over ate this weekend most likely you’re going to be hungry the next couple days. Pick foods that are higher in fiber to keep you fuller and satisfied longer.
Twist and flex. Try taking a hot yoga class, detox from the inside out with twisting and turning. If you have a gym routine, use the extra calories to your advantage by going a little heavier this week in the weight room!
Just let it be. You can’t go back in time, so why keep dwelling in the past. This week is a new week for you to stay on track and hit your goals!
